Here at the mall, it is easy to see the anticipation building as families prepare to get away. Last minute items they want (and you should be sure you have) are listed here, oh and I'm not trying to make your rig too heavy, just pointing out some things that people have wished they had once they are hours from home.
Okay - toilet paper (easy-dissolving RV paper – not household… bad!), holding-tank Chemical, wheel chocks, leveling blocks, level(s), extension cords, refreshments, flashlight or lantern, emergency tools, tape, bungee cords, axe, RV tote-tank, mirror extensions, sun screen, cold weather jackets (Saskatchewan trips only, lol), spare fuses, fire-starting supplies, matches, bench grinder (whoops – that's on my Xmas list – sorry), outside chairs, chair warmers, insect repellent, awning mat, fire-pit cooking sticks, water-filler hose, RV water-pressure valve, plastic bags (big enough to wear for raincoats), books, refreshments (making sure…), DVDs, first-aid kit, map of Colombia (Hey, you never know, that's the beauty of an RV), pain medication, extra batteries (and PLEASE - tape over the two prongs on any 9 volts, they do make a circuit if they touch any metal, even steel wool, and have led to fire that have resulted in major losses and even death), hats, umbrellas… and anything else that is usually around the house, that you need from time to time.
We have identified what we call the Top 100 best buys and are continuing to eliminate these RVs. People who have done any research at all quickly realize that these are a great buy, and while lots have been spoken for we still have a great selection of every shape and size to get you out of the city or off the farm. Hey you – get in here!!! And, we have a dynamite selection of used RVs. I'm talking about a line-up of maybe… 300 units to select from. That is like visiting 4 or 5 other RV dealerships. Come in - grab the golf cart and find the perfect one for your family.
If you just want to dip your toe into RVing, then renting may be the best option. Call soon, they may be able to help you create some super memories. The Scotty's fleet varies from 20 foot RVs suitable for a couple, to large bunk units capable of sleeping up to 10 people.
