It's Brain Health Time!
As we move into September some of us have to sharpen up on some cognitive skills that have been put to rest over the summer. It is back to work or school for a lot of us, including myself. It's time for schedules, executive decisions and a balancing act for moms with children starting back to school. Our brain controls it all. So what happens when our brain is off? Life is off, including emotions, concentration, memory, relationships, careers and most aspects of health and well being.
After a couple of accidents, which led to concussions and trauma I began to experience some of these symptoms. This was challenging my ability to function as a wife, mother, grandmother and health leader. These symptoms put me on a quest for better brain health. Science has proven that the brain is ever changing itself through a process known as neuroplasticity. Very encouraging for symptoms of brain fog, memory loss, poor focus and concentration, low energy, insomnia, depression, weight gain and a host of other chronic diseases. All warning symptoms and early aging degeneration!
These symptoms are all too common in our Clinic. In observing live and dry blood cell analysis we can identify systemic stress resulting from an overload of toxins in the body and brain. Toxins may be environmental, nutritional, media induced or just toxic chronic stress resulting in burn out.

But what we may not know is they release high concentrations of glutamate, a powerful excitotoxin that influences impulsivity, agitation, anxiety, anger, restlessness and aggression.
